1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and free gifts included.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance / sale items (unless damaged or defective)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect / wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review your request and arrange a replacement, return, or refund if approved.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • Pickup details (if applicable)

Do not send items back without approval, as they may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
